JKR prides itself on having one of the best commission structures for top producers in the industry. Agents have the ability to earn up to 70% of produced commission with no desk fee or advertising expense requirements. JKR also offers it's Agents/Brokers a Listing Bonus program that rewards you for hard work for adding to their listing totals while building your client roster. Brokers for our new branch offices have the ability to earn 100% of their commissions for the first several months in order to jump start the market. JKR is one of the most progressive real estate companies at ensuring our Agents/Brokers earn an above average income over the industry.
Protected Markets/Licensed Assistants
The JKR team concept directly effects the income of each of our associates. Our Brokers are business managers, not just Realtors™. We utilize licensed assistants to meet growing client demand ensuring our ability to maximize income to our Brokers and provide a steady source of revenue to our assistants. When it is deemed necessary to hire several agents in a market, JKR provides a shared office bonus to be split between our representatives. This concept ensures a teamwork atmosphere increasing the productivity of each branch office.
Expense Reimbursement Program
JKR has a branch office business structure. We are not a franchise and therefore DO NOT charge franchise fees that range from $15,000 to $25,000 as well as monthly advertising minimums or royalty fees. Our goal is to help you build the market by utilizing our time-tested marketing strategies and corporate support system. Many traditional firms expect their agents to pay for their own advertising expenses to create leads along with all licensing fees. JKR offers our Associates a reimbursement program to help pay for licensing fees, additional marketing expenses, cards, and other business related expenses. Our goal is to make money when our Associates earn income, NOT from selling a franchise!
Investment Property Income
JKR is a vertically integrated real estate company with several divisions ranging from internet marketing to full service Realtor™ services. One of those divisions is our investment division. Thru our marketing companies JKRBuysHouses.com and AmericasBestRehabs.com we purchase investment property and either rehab it or place it back on the market to sell to other investors in our network. Our Associates share in the profit created in this division by managing the property from purchase to sale. Agreements
with several partners allows our Associates the ability to earn a finders fee
for locating properties or deals that are either purchased and funded via one
of those partners. Our partners have vast experience in putting together deals
that range from $100,000 to $1,000,000,000 and include hotels, apartment
complexes, developments, business takeovers, and many other projects.

Our NO pressure sales technique is complimented by our client focused fee schedule. JKR supports and embraces the for sale by owner customer by allowing them to save as much equity as possible. By pursuing both the FSBO and full service Brokerage model, the client can reduce total commissions paid while retaining advice from a professional.
